Legal Notice: Cash Gift Granter Agreement

To Whom It May Concern:
By proceeding with your donation, you, the donor, expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Voluntary Donation
Your contribution to Robert Phillips Jr., owner and operator of the Virtual United States Air Force (VUSAF), is made voluntarily and constitutes a non-refundable and non-tax-deductible gift. No goods, services, positions, or other considerations, whether explicit or implied, are promised or provided in exchange for your donation.
2. No Legal Recourse
By making a donation, you irrevocably waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind against Robert Phillips Jr., the VUSAF, or any associated entities or individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to misrepresentation, misuse of funds, or failure to deliver any perceived benefit.
3. Use of Funds
All funds donated will be utilized exclusively to support the development, maintenance, and operation of the Virtual United States Air Force (VUSAF), an internet-based social club for flight simulation enthusiasts.
4. No Rights to Intellectual Property
Donations do not entitle the donor to any ownership, rights, claims, or interests in the intellectual property, trademarks, branding, content, or other proprietary materials associated with the VUSAF. All intellectual property remains solely owned by Robert Phillips Jr. or the appropriate rights holders.
5. Binding Agreement
By making a donation, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this notice in its entirety. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By proceeding to the donation area, you confirm your full understanding and acceptance of these terms. Your support is genuinely appreciated and helps further the goals of the VUSAF.
