2. Expected Conduct

  • Treat members, applicants, guests, staff, and VATSIM users with respect.
  • Maintain professionalism during training, events, and operations.
  • Follow vUSAF, VATSIM, and VSOA-aligned standards and procedures.
  • Use rank, position, and authority responsibly within the simulated environment.
  • Resolve disagreements through the chain of command or appropriate staff channels.

3. Prohibited Conduct

4. Voice, Text, and Event Communications

Members are expected to use appropriate language and maintain a professional tone in Discord, voice channels, VATSIM communications, mission briefings, training sessions, and administrative discussions.

5. Reporting Concerns

vUSAF leadership may review reports, preserve relevant records, issue warnings, restrict access, remove members from events, suspend accounts, or separate members from the organization when necessary.

7. Non-Retaliation

Retaliation against any person who makes a good-faith report or assists in a review is prohibited and may result in administrative action.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This policy supplements vUSAF rules, training standards, Terms of Service, privacy policies, and applicable VATSIM or VSOA requirements.
